HOW TO GET HELP
〰️
HOW TO GET HELP 〰️
To start, simply visit one of our Community Life Hubs or give us a call. Our hubs are designed to be sanctuaries of hope and support, where you can find compassionate care in a welcoming, safe environment. We work closely with churches across Llanelli and the surrounding rural areas to meet the needs of local residents. Whether you drop in for a chat or are referred by an external agency via our referral form, you’ll be greeted with kindness. Our hubs are open to everyone—just walk in, enjoy a drink, and speak with someone who cares.
Step 1: Get in Touch with Us
Step 2: Meet with Us
When you arrive at the Community Life Hub, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly team. We’ll offer you free tea, coffee, toast, and treats as you settle in. One of our trained team members will then sit with you to listen to your needs, whether you're struggling to afford the essentials or in need of our support services. We aim to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. By the time you leave, we hope you’ll feel a sense of relief, knowing that someone cares and is ready to help.
Step 3: Receive Tailored Support
Based on your needs, you’ll receive immediate access to food, toiletries, and other essentials from our food bank. If additional help is needed, we can set up appointments for you with our other support services, including our Money Support Project. Whether you need short-term help or a long-term plan, our team will work with you to create a tailored support plan that addresses your unique challenges. This may include debt advice, mental health support, or benefits guidance, ensuring you have the tools and resources to get back on your feet. Our goal is to provide both practical and emotional support to help you through tough times.
We’re here for you—every step of the way.
The Community Life Hubs offer a comprehensive set of services, tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families in our community. Our focus is not only on providing immediate assistance but also on helping people develop the skills and connections needed to achieve greater independence and well-being.
